Summarized Syllabus

The examination is being conducted for all classes from I to XII with the following details. 

  • For classes 1-10: There will be 30 questions and the time duration will be of 60 Minutes.*
  • For classes 11-12: There will be 40 questions and the time duration will be of 40 to 60 minutes.*

The details of the manner in which the test is to be conducted will be sent with the question papers. The questions will be objective type in nature with multiple choice answers. There will be no negative marking. For classes 6th to 10th OMR Answer sheets will be provided in which answer will be marked by the students. For classes 1st to 5th, question papers cum answers sheet shall be returned to the Society with the answers marked by the students. The students of classes 6th to 12th are allowed to retain their question papers, whereas answer sheets shall be returned to the Foundation for assessment and marking.

Class II

  • Characteristic Features of Living and Non Living Things, Characteristic Features of Plants and Animals, Human Body, Air, Water and Weather, Our Universe, Occasions and Festivals, Transport and Communication, Food we Eat (Classification and Properties), Clothes we Wear ( Source and Properties), General and Applied Science.
Class III

  • Characteristic Features of Living and Non Living Things, The Plant Kingdom, The Animal Kingdom, Human Body, Our Environment, Natural Resources, The Universe, Our Safety and First Aid, Motion Transport and Travel, General and Applied Science.
Class IV
